"Those who refuse to learn from history are doomed to repeat the mistakes of the past."

"Education prevents intolerance and ignorance."

I strive to learn something new every day and to always make at least one person happy every day.  I am a published author.

I am a historian of the Holocaust so I post lots of items and pictures related to this specific period in History.  I post these items to educate and to remember those who no longer have a voice.

I also love Colorado history. I like to do 'cemetery crawls' and go on tours with the CO Historical Society.  Pictures from those events can be found on this on this website.

Being child-free is a decision made happily and responsibly.  It is not an affliction. I am proud to be child-free by choice.

I was looking thru my senior year book. I participated on the year book staff and worked on the preparation and publishing of the academic section of the yearbook with another classmate. I of course compiled the history section. I gathered quotes for various academics. This is what I quoted for history in the social studies section.

"History is not merely a repetitious study of past events, but rather a conclusive study of past events that helped shape our present day world."
